Hello everyone! Suddenly, another month has flown by and I am already a few days late! It’s a little busy around here, with new bag designs and some lovely spring weather, (finally!) but more on that to follow 🙂
First off, we were able to get more hides and make some more of these up. It is so fun and satisfying, one of the most amusing parts being us figuring how many bags we can get from one hide. It’s seriously more like a puzzle than work!
So happy with how this turned out! We’ve been thinking about doing a backpack for a while now, and people are constantly asking about one, but it’s always just looking like too much work to be honest. But this one is relatively simple! Made of waxed canvas (a whole new resource we had to learn all about!), this baby rolls in the front along with having a clip. Unfortunately, she’s still in process. Keep an eye out for updates!
And then this stunning piece. We’re thinking of the name Ulysses…What do you think?
That waxed canvas I was talking about? We bought three huge rolls of it, and with that endless creativity!
Our lilacs bloomed. Isn’t that enough for news?
This month, we came to the somewhat overwhelming conclusion that we need more product photos. This resulted in a town-wide search that eventually resulted in our grandma’s attic! Above is one of the places we looked at that just didn’t work, but the light was too spectacular to resist!
Easter Sunday! Had a really lovely day, and a lovely weekend too.
On our way to a musical, saw a hill in Illinois! A real hill! Had to take a photo to commemorate.
These are the stairs leading up to said grandma’s attic…again, light too beautiful to resist.
Last but not least, three of the Adelaide’s that we sent. So much fun to know they are going loving owners who know their worth!
Thanks so much for joining me today. See you next time!
