Hello everyone, sorry it’s been so long since we’ve posted! We’ve been busy busy with our spring shows. So we just got back this week from the Country Living Fair in Rhinebeck, NY. We had a really great time and the weather was absolutely gorgeous the entire time we were there! This was a girls only trip as Daddy is currently in Jamaica with Leah for a missions trip. And may I say things went very much smoother than we were expecting! We were prepared for at least one serious disaster since our fearless leader wasn’t at the helm but God was watching out for us and everything went off without a hitch!
Each year that we’ve been to Rhinebeck we’ve stayed at this really beautiful campground and we love it! Nothing like combining business and pleasure. Luckily, some good friends of ours that are also vendors stay at the same campground so he was available to back our trailer into our spot, we were especially thankful for his presence since our camper was situated right next to a rather steep hill! Bye bye product.
Our first mornings breakfast happened to take place before we made it to the grocery store. Bru-tal.
Post grocery store trip meals. So much better.
Plus the grocery store had the best. Fudgcicles. Ever. We were trying to figure out how we were going to buy out their supply and get it the 14 hr. drive home without them all melting. And no, we are not going to tell you how many we ate. It’s better that you don’t know.
As per our tradition we still took a family picture at the end of the show despite our three missing family members!
I realize that this photo is a little random but I wanted everyone else to share in my mystification as to why there is a phone booth right smack dab in the middle of a campground? In the woods?
Oh, and our sweet brother-in-law was kind enough to let us steal his wife for the week. He was a little glad to get her back though. Just a little.
