I don’t know how many times someone has asked me for a business card and I went digging through my purse and pulled out a crinkled and maybe slightly gooey business card. Ew. That is why this DIY will eventually save me a whole lot of embarrasment as well as digging. Whew! Problem solved!
You will need:
A square piece of leather
Scissors
A pen
A rounded stud or snap
A business card
E6000 glue
1. Lay your card in the very middle of the the square. Mark the corners with a pen.
2. Cut squares out of the sides of the leather at right angles to the dots you made.
3. Install the snap or stud on the long side of the leather, then put a hole on the opposite side to hold the flap closed.
4. Fold the sides in first, dab some glue on the undersides then press onto the bottom flap. Place the cardholder under something heavy overnight to help it keep its shape and let the glue dry properly.
