Hey Everybody! Here’s part 2 of our wonderful family vacation in Florida. 🙂
We bought a tripod right before we left so we could use it for family pictures. Taking your own family pictures is an interesting experience! Me and Gracie would get everybody in position, start the timer, run down and try to get in position quick before the timer ends. 🙂 Anyway, after it got dark on the day of family pictures I joined Gracie trying to take some long shuttered pictures of the moon and the water. Some of them turned out pretty well! After a while everybody started coming out to see what we were doing and we soon took advantage of the willing models. They had to stand really still or the picture would blur because of the slow shutter speed. I’d like to see you try to make Alex hold completely still for fifteen seconds!
We must have succeeded though because this one turned out pretty well. 🙂

We also attempted crabbing that night. That probably explains Alex running through the screen with the flashlight. I’ve included two humorous videos at the bottom so that you all can have a good laugh at our expense. 🙂

We rented a pontoon boat one day. That was a really good time!
One day we all set to making the biggest sand castle we could. After an hour or so and lots of cave-ins we had a masterpiece. 🙂

We played seven games of volley ball and our team won only two. But we did win two!
The last day there the fly’s were biting really bad! So Dad had enough and just dragged his beach chair INTO the water and sat out there for his nap!
The last night we were there we went to Pineapple willies. It was pretty fun!
We got crocodile. Yes crocodile. As an appetizer. Like anyone would want to eat dinner after eating crocodile. Seriously.

The sun set while we were sitting there and Grace got some pretty shots of it. We had a really good time just relaxing and hanging out with each other and doing pretty much nothing! 🙂 And without further ado, the crabbing videos.
