Well, we’re still on the sugar free diet. I think this is the longest diet stretch we’ve had in a long time. Everyone has adjusted fairly well although periodically we still get a few complaining comments from those that are less than enthusiastic about our sugarless diet! However, most of us are still suffering from chocolate withdrawal and we got to the point where our sugar free chocolate balls just weren’t cutting it anymore. So….. Lydia set out on a quest to find some new recipes and this is what she came up with. Believe me, it is AMAZING! Btw, you should ask Grace about her sugar free angel food cake attempts sometime.

First of all, this recipe only makes 4 small servings so you might have to double it. We did and it still wasn’t quite enough. 😉
Start out with 3 1/2 ounces (3 1/2 squares) of unsweetened baking chocolate and chop in a blender until it’s very fine.
