So for the last few weeks we’ve been trying a sugar free diet. Weird, I know, but so far it’s been going pretty well, owing mostly to this amazing recipe for raw, sugar-free, chocolate balls introduced to us by Bethany. They are DELICIOUS! We’ve used several different variations of this recipe. We used all natural peanut butter instead of almond butter one time (very delicious) and we’ve also crushed up almonds and mixed those in, too. Seriously, they taste so good you wouldn’t think they were “healthy”!
1 cup almond butter
3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
2/3 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup honey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend until combined. Form into balls and refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Enjoy!!! Hannah
